Description of Business Development: The Role – We are an exciting New Concept in Countywide Virtual Business Tours and Digital services provider.
This is a new and fantastic opportunity in a very exciting Digital era as an Area Sales Manager; we are looking for a keen but excellent orator with skills to be able to converse comfortably with local business owners face to face, by phone and within networking environments.
If you have a ‘Creative edge’ to you and although not essential in Digital Media role or similar marketing role together with a hands on attitude to recruiting and growing your team whilst being able to train them to do what you show, tell and sell by example (A Rarer breed). You must have high integrity, a professional look, feel and polished appearance, enthusiasm commitment and highly self motivated. But above all this you must show a ‘Got get them – entrepreneurial personality and outlook’.

This is initially a self employed role that will enable you to work with one of the many large and well known brand names within digital media and globally recognized online names who demand the very highest in quality, Sales and management behavior, hence your and our integrity is paramount at all times.
We are in the process of recruiting nationwide for all sales team members in all areas of the UK and your role as Area manager will also be to Train, mentor and instil highest standards of Quality sales and customer service in all your team produces in digital media of varying kinds. Your role is envisaged to eventually grow into a more centralized role of AREA MD which means for successful area managers who prove their worth then you may be promoted to Area MD (Manager District) where you will be offered an area renewable Licence to run and share profits in a much bigger way and have complete autonomy whilst HO admin and back up as you progress in our venture and as close as you’ll get to running your own digital agency whilst supported by our network and brand services. Expected earnings: OTE £30 - £50k Plus per annum As this is a senior role the expected earning capacity is very high although this is a self employed role this can grow into a salaried position once you’ve proven yourself or you can advance to Area Licensed partner and run your own Digital business for much more rewards in excess of £50k plus.
You will earn from all your teams sales that you train and manage earning you a monthly bonus for every successful new client on board plus a growing recurring income from those clients for as long as they are with us.
Training & Proficiency
You will be trained and expected to successfully pass our Sales induction training and basic admin that the role will need, Management, Online capacities, work flows and structures, admin and sales course within a (Must Pass successfully) criteria before appointment to the role is confirmed.
We work alongside many National & International Brands therefore your ability to pass this basic proficiency test is a pre-requisite of the role. This training and other ongoing training will enhance your ability to then train all our work team as they join us throughout our recruitment drive.
