Description of Business Development: London Speech Workshop is a successful communication training company that has been running since 2008. We have a unique methodology for teaching communication skills, from accent reduction through to elocution and presentation skills, and we work with clients one to one in our offices in Knightsbridge and Camden. We have hundreds of happy clients, a growing team of dedicated and passionate teachers, and new enquiries every day.

We are now growing steadily and there is a need to create an infrastructure to hold our expansion, we need a simple CRM system, a booking system that works and can (preferably do automated payments) and some good organisation. I am looking for an operations person who can help set up the CRM and other systems and make the whole business more streamlined and efficient.

In a few months we will be planning the next phase of expansion so there is potential to get involved in business development as there is a massive and untapped market for our proven product.

This is a great freelance role for an operations person, who is interested in getting involved with a well established and growing company, where there is a sizeable gap in the market and a proven product to fill it.

Ideally would want someone to start as soon as possible, and would like a 3 to 6 month part time involvement with potential extension. The price noted below is a ball park for the first phase of work.

Also please let me know your CRM experience - we have looked at Batchbook, Capsule CRM and are probably settling with High Rise. So if you have experience with High Rise that would be great.
