SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We are software development company particularly targeting the UKs Retail sector and its Inventory Management. We are on the look out for UK based individuals who are dynamic, tenacious and have a hunger and drive to succeed within the competitive world of media, sponsorship sales and business development.
As a seasoned Business Development individual you will be targeting a variety of industries and individuals.
You will have an excellent track record of new business telesales and field sales. You must be highly self motivated and driven with the ambition to succeed in this challenging, but rewarding, commission heavy role. We would consider candidates who have worked remotely and proven themselves as telesales executives who have then been promoted up into a field sales position. Above all, passion, determination, and strong closing skills are a must.
Candidates will work from home, or wherever they chose and to the hours that suit them. All we ask is that you achieve the target for your project within the timescales agreed.

This is a high level sales role - you will be required to manage and develop business leads through sales and marketing, pitching over the phone to senior executives, selling the benefits of involvement in the publication and awards events. We are looking for candidates who have experience building a rapport quickly with clients, love selling over the phone, are very resilient, have a real passion for hard work and love closing high value deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carrying out industry research to target potential clients
• Generating new and repeat business, over the phone in a direct, dynamic and professional manner
• Following the full sales life-cycle, from pitching and building rapport with CEO’s/MD’s through to negotiation and closing of deals
• Working to meet targets in a competitive sales environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Telesales experience - ideally within advertising media, awards events, conferences, sponsorship or recruitment
• Confident telephone manner
• Thrive when negotiating and a confident closer.
• A pro-active, tenacious and positive working attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and to sales deadlines
• Very motivated to succeed
• Outgoing personality
