Description of support work: Hi,
We are a 1m T/O company with 13 staff. Looking for a part time person to get involved with our book keeping.
All work will be undertaken in Xero and parts of salesforce
Duties will include-
- dealing with invoices (approx 50 created per week)
- taking payments
- bank reconciliation
- suggesting improvements
- reconcile expenses from employee cash cards (less than 30 receipts a week)
- dealing with all ledgers
- various other apsects
- dealing with all incoming invoices onto Xero
- full data input to use xero to manage payee's and debtors etc
You can work remotely (UK based only) or in our office (BB1 postcode)
You must be native english speaking.
Role could be anything from 10-20 hours a week depending on skill and input
Role could be permanent if right person found.
Definate work for 3-6 months.
Must be available to by next week, feb 24th at the latest.
If you are interested to know more then please begin your proposal with the town where you work and total years spend in book keeping so I know you have read this posting in full. Sorry but theres lots of time wasters on PPH as Im sure you are aware.
I do not need an accountant at this time, only book keeping services.
