High Security Group Is looking for an individual who is capable for Raising Sales invoices bank reconciliation and Purchase ledger management with credit control skills.
We are looking for an experienced part time Book Keeper / Finance Assistant for our small, friendly and growing training company in DE21 area of Derby. Experience of Sage or any other suitable financial management system is essential. Would suit somebody who is looking for regular and flexible working hours.

General Responsibilities:

* Processing supplier invoices and producing remittances for payment
* Processing monthly payroll and sub-contractor payments
* Bank Reconciliations
* General Book Keeping duties
* Additional administration duties when required

*Filing and office ad-hoc work

You must be:

1. Accurate
2. Attention to detail and have common sense.
3. Great understanding of Sales Ledger, Bank reconciliations.

4. Knowledge of Sage / QuickBooks / Excel

Hours of working: 6-12 hours per week (additional hours when required). Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
