We are the leading fitness marketing and sales agency in the UK. Currently working with Gyms in the UK, Australia / NZ, EU, Dubai, UAE, USA and Asia helping them generate more leads and members via our membership accelerator.
We are passionate about health and fitness and the positive effect it has on individuals and societies. We are on a mission to introduce 100,000 new people into fitness facilities globally by 2020.
We are experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for a cool human to join our accounts team to keep improving our customer experience! The big bonus is the role will be working from home - some of the team are currently in asia building partnerships in the APAC region.
What are accounts team are already doing:
Bookkeeping (posting purchase invoices and receipts to Xero)
VAT Returns
Payroll
Month end supplier and staff payments
Annual Accounts
Corporation Tax Return
Self Assessment tax return
What the new person could do/help with:
Credit control and managing subscriptions etc
Sales invoices (raising and sending to customers) - Take over this role as we need someone who can help us focus on customers
Managing customer relations such as changing of invoice dates and updating you guys on outstanding invoices etc.
Scanning your receipts to system and making sure we have all receipts and invoices.
Understands Xero
Bonus would be understand Stripe or International payments for a subscription model
Assisting the CEO with admin and PA type work.
Apply on here if you can work 40 hours per week and can start within the next 1 week notice as we would to start interviews in the next 24 hours! We are looking for someone who can work on us full time, not looking for a virtual company or external company. We would like someone who works from home but internally on all our admin and finance!
