Description of support work: I want to migrate all my accounts currently in Freshbooks to Zoho.

I have started my Graphic Design and Web Development business in Dubai, UAE in July 2013 and I will just need from this start date to current date.

I invoice in 5 currencies: BHD, US$, CAD, EUR, GBP and currently the reports on Freshbooks do not account for the exchange rates and it is causing too much confusion and not giving me exact end-of-year results.

So, I need 3 years of

- Invoices
- Expenses
- Time tracked records
- Tasks
- Projects (billed hourly)
- Recurring Invoices

in 5 different currencies to be exported from Freshbooks (where possible) and entered into Zoho and linked within the new platform so they

I have commenced the process and opened a (free) account in Zoho and imported my Client list and prepared my settings and Estimate and Invoice Templates and entered my company address etc. I will upgrade very soon as I need the additional User and increased perks of the subscribed option.

Other things to Note:

I would like my list of Projects (that I bill hourly) and associated time for each one also entered and the time associated with the correct invoice that related to it.

I have an outsourced staff member and I want his and my hours to also be entered as well as mine. His hours I mark up (by 100%) and I would like to see this data reflected in reports on Zoho.

I also have a list of Tasks I re-use on Estimates/Invoices that are pre-priced and these need to be added and linked to the Estimates and Invoices so there is correlation for the reporting functionality. This might be tricky, please let me know if so.

I've also noticed Zoho uses something called Price Lists, which I'm not sure what it is exactly yet but I'm sure it can be helpful.

I have also noticed a button on the Freshbooks site that asks if I would like to invite an Accountant. If you think this would help you in seeing the accounts in detail then I will be happy to activate this for the migration.

I would ideally like someone to work on this who has a Zoho account and knows the software very well so this can be engineered correctly from the start.

My main aim is to have a clear reporting system of income from all 5 currencies for the different cost centres and Tasks and Projects and so I can see how much money in each currency I am earning at any one time. I want it precise and superbly organised with lots of attention to detail. I'm like Monica from the sitcom "Friends" when it comes to organisation :-)

I want special care to be taken to make sure the migration improves the user experience and makes my life easier!

I attach a group of csv files exported from Freshbooks to give you an idea of scope.

Extra notes:
I would suggest the data is tided up before import and descriptions are spelt correctly as I think there are many errors.
I have also noticed some discrepancies of Task or Project titles. Sometimes it's :

"Website Updates (Euro)" and in another place it is "Website Updates (€)" - these obviously can be consolidates.
Along with "Misc" and "Miscellaneous" etc.

My base currency I prefer to be Bahrain Dinar (as even though I am based in the UAE I rarely invoice in UAE currency).
