The Bookkeeper provides administrative support and works closely with the Office Manager to ensure the accuracy and quality of bookkeeping entries and assigned organizational tasks. This work will be in the Richmond, Indiana office. The Office Manager supervises the Bookkeeper.
Education: High school graduate, Associates degree a plus.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Proficiency or familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Donor Perfect
Demonstrated attention to detail, accurately organizing and recording data and information.
Work remotely with staff and electronic storage in cloud
Great attention to detail in ensuring that entries are made to appropriate ledger accounts.
