This person will assist the team in the following ways:
- Book-keeping using QuickBooks and ReceiptBank
- Ensuring project budgets are kept updated
- Updating our Cashflow document - including accounts received, accounts payable, direct debits, and the tracking of all payments made with our company debit/credit cards
- Saving/recording all invoices and receipts in the appropriate folders on our system
- Creating, sending and chasing sales invoices
The ability to process our payroll and VAT returns would be advantageous but is not essential.
