We are a fast growing tech health startup, looking for someone to help tidy up the last 6 months of data.
We are using Xero, with automatic bank feeds. There are 4/5 bank accounts - as we have changed providers recently. We use Tide and Metro Bank.
We have a low level of transactions on the main bank account around 20-30 a month on 1 account. There is 1 client account which has around 60-70 transactions a month. Then 2 or 3 transfers between the other accounts.
All receipts are held in google drive.
Here is a list of initial tasks:
* Set/check VAT rate codes in Xero
* Check chart of accounts - needs to be reviewed and improved - this can be done with myself the FD.
* Reconcile all bank accounts
* Submit VAT return
Ideally you will be able to come into the office for the first day, so you can meet the team and we can meet you. The rest of the work can be done remotely. You are also welcome to work from the Microsoft Reactor office in Shoreditch with us - free tea/coffee and ice cream!
For the right person there is also the potential for a part time longer term job. Expenses will be reimbursed.
