The job entails; Submitting Quarterly Vat Returns, Processing Monthly PAYE for 3 Employees, Producing Annual Accounts, Pulling P&L & Management Accounts. The day to day recording of purchase and sales invoices is done inhouse but assistance is required to carry out the above duties. We use the accountancy package - Brigh Pearl. Other duties would be to ensure the correct maintenance of this system through bank reconcilliations etc. Some of the work can be done remotely but it would be preferred if the suitable applicant is within easy reach of Telford, Shropshire as some duties would need to be carried out at the office in Telford and to go through all paperwork together in sight of the paperwork. This is expected to be an ongoing project of mainly monthly duties in the region of 10 hours. Would be interested to hear from people regarding their level of experience and expertise and their hourly rate. Any questions please let me know.
