We have several businesses of which this one is the smallest. I am looking for a freelance book keeper to convert book keeping which has been compiled using MYOB cashbook to quickbooks or Sage. Preferably Quickbooks as we want to be able to fully understand the book keeping ourself and feel that Quickbooks would be the most suitable for our accountants, whichever book keeping person works with us and also ourselves.

If the person who wins this bid does a successful job with this business then we have 4 others which we would ask them to complete. The turnover of this set of accounts is very small on this particular business as it is a fledgling business and seasonal. It is a limited company. The turnover is in the region of £10,000 p.a. at present.

Time is of the essence here as we need to get the conversion done and then the acounts across to the Chartered accountants firm we use to sign off year end accounts. The data has all been entered into MYOB cashbook and we have produced a trial balance sheet but we want to convert all of our businesses to Quickbooks as it is more efficient for our accountants and easier to do management accounts. The larger business turns over in the region of £700,000 p.a. and we want to get systems in place so that eventually we can work with freelance book keepers who will eventually be able to log into our company websites to do the book keeping/post invoices, etc.
