Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Industry: Internet/Software
Kind of support: End of year account, Forecast
Accounting software: Excel
Description of support work: Hi
I need my Ltd company accounts to be submitted to company house as deadline being end of June. I can provide the figures in an excel spreadsheet and will also need a 12 month forecast as I am re-applying for a mortgage. I will gather my remaining expenses over the next week or so..
I will need them to be done by a certified accountant as that is what is required by the mortgage company and to receive copies in the post.
I would also need advise about taking salary from the business as min wage (therefore will I be an employee) and I believe I still have a dividend of £4K that I can take from the company without tax so previous accounts will need to be looked over to understand previous accounts.
I assume you would need to register as an agent for me once I pass on my details?
Also what is classed as entertainment, often I meet clients for coffee and buy lunch or dinner so can I claim that as an expense?
Any questions then me know but I am under the VAT threshold so I am a small company
Thanks
