We are looking for a skilled Finance Administrator that is looking to take the next step in their career with a potential to progress rapidly within this company.
We are looking for someone who is skilled at:
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Entering all expense invoices and ensuring correct VAT rates are used, processing journal entries, screening all purchase invoices and processing supplier payments on a timely basis.
• Preparing sales invoices and chasing clients for overdue payments.
• Bank reconciliation, maintaining and editing customer, supplier and employee records, maintaining petty cash, reimbursement records, etc.
• Generating VAT reports for VAT submissions to HMRC on a quarterly basis.
• Providing assistance in accounts finalization.
Payroll:
• Processing accounts on QuickBooks payroll software.
• Submitting Full Payment Submissions to HMRC and making PAYE payments to HMRC before deadlines.
• Potentially Dealing with pension requirements, setting up new employees with pension scheme, uploading monthly pension contribution files to Pension provider.
Administration:
• General office management duties.
• Responding to customer enquiries through phone, emails and live chat.
• Reviewing supplier services, products and prices, signing contracts, raising Purchase Orders and releasing payments.
• Checking and reviewing Sales Payments on Infusionsoft/Square and reconciling day to day
Management
We also require the abilty to look after the debt management process within the company which includes overseeing one member of staff, making sure that the debt management process is adhered too, bad debt is passed to Federal Management and 92% of monies in per month is maintained.
The job will be full time Based in Stratford, London, UK
Successful applicants must have:
relevant previous experience
advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
