We are a small firm of Chartered Accountants with a paperless office needing an online remote filing secretary/clerk. The software we use is INVU Document Management. Online remote access training will be given so familiarity with the software is not necessary. A knowledge of business/accounting/tax documents will be helpful but not essential. There will be initially a back log to catch up on and thereafter about two hours per day. References will be needed.
