Dear Allison

I need regular help with bookeeping to include bank reconciliation with our FreeAgent accounts software and also possibly to include expense management, invoicing and credit control if a relatively seamless system can be set up so that delegation of these tasks will save me time.

I also want to organise a training event for local graduate ecologists that have sent me CV's so that they are familiar with equipment and methodology so that we can that use them on a sub-contracting basis to resource bat survey work in the summer. Put the details of of the graduate ecologists that attended the training event and our regular sub-contractors into a central spreadsheet.

Other more ad/hoc work would include organising by email/phone survey teams of typically between 3 - 6 ecologists using the details on the spreadsheet for surveys on particular days/nights when everybody has availability and within specified timescales, organising accommodation for any overnight stays etc.

Would ideally want you to send email from our domain and need advice on IT stuff to enable this to work such as how to share calenders etc.
