Am new to this so be kind !

Am looking to automate our timesheet submissions from staff for payroll

We are an events based company and our staff full time and sessional submit weekly timesheets for payroll processing. Their hours and days are never regular so it is important that the data is robust as used for pay and invoicing

Not everyone has access to excel so the form is in a variety of formats to suit how they send it in mostly by email. This creates a log jam on a Monday when admin have to spend a bit of time reformating them to use for payroll & invoice processing.

Have been thinking for some time that this process may be better served by staff logging into a portal either through our own website or ??? to log on and enter their details for the week - sample form attached this would included times for each job/client and also any requests for annual leave/holiday pay, petty cash reimbursement etc

If i were to add bells and bows would be great if admin could update the form for each week ahead with details of jobs that are scheduled ie client name and location so that all staff would have to do is select times from a drop down and client and location then info would be consistent. Jobs that are short notice could be covered by an "Other" listing which allows staff to include details about that
