Hi Stuart,
We own a gym in Bedford, which we purchased recently.

When we initiated the process of buying this gym, we were aware of the application to change the unit currently used by Carpets4Less to D2 use, but this was requested for use as a trampoline park. In August this year, a request was submitted to amend the use to include a gym. Upon reading this request, it seems that the trampoline park concept was used as a stalking horse in order to gain D2 use, and that the intention to include gym use once this was granted was perhaps always there. More evidence of this is in the fact that 'Go Jumpin’ referenced in the application doesn’t exist as a business.

Pump Gyms is a national chain and all of their gyms are 24 hours - without exception. Upon asking the manager of Carpets 4 Less, I was informed that this gym will indeed be open 24 hours.
I cant seem to find any evidence of an application to operate around the clock.

We are looking to fight this and make things hard for them

Might you be able to assist?
