I had a kitchen installed recently but the designer miscalculated and blamed the error on a software issue. As a result, we were an extra 3 months without a working kitchen and the kitchen we have now is less than perfect. They have made attempts to redress but refuse to compensate us adequately (in my opinion). I want to know if I have a good chance of getting more out of them if I go via the Financial Ombudsman,
