I have a word form that needs reformatting so that all the fonts are in tahoma (including the answers in the form, they start in trebuchet but then reformat to ariel I think when deleted and typed over.)
I need the current risk profile removed on pages 5-6 only, and the new one (attached) replacing it with completable tick boxes (if it can add up the score values automatically that would be a very big plus)
I also want to increase the number of rows available in section 6 by about 6-8. The page which shows additional properties which is currently 6 I want renaming to section 7 and future sections to be relabelled accordingly. I also want the number of properties reducing to about 10 - this should meant that the extra space used for section 6 and 7 should be on the same page.
I want the PR/NPR Column removed from section 7.
I would like the meeting dates area to be partially removed from the first page and it is place just a section for the last meeting date (rather than the previous 5). I would then like a new section / page adding before the current section 14 where there is space / boxes to add up to maybe 100 previous meetings.
It must be locked for editing but not password protected and It must view / print fine in MS Word for both Mac & PC
