Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
International company established in the United Kingdom is looking for a phone assistant part-time job from home or from your work. The scope of work is handling calls and information service for customers of our service companies. It is no telesales or telemarketing but the clients will call to you for information about our company. One call takes between 10-15 minutes. It is occasional job.

Your role:

• To receive Inbound calls/orders from customers

• To liaise with the Company Managers to ensure all data is captured and updated.

• Handling customer’s queries and overcoming ordering / fulfilment difficulties that the customer may be experiencing.

• To meet Client expectations whilst maintaining awareness of productivity rates at all times

• To take on knowledge and expertise in order to give accurate information



Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Be a self motivator with experience of working with people

• A confident telephone manner to enable you to successfully describe service.

• A keen interest and knowledge in social care.

• Good keyboard skills and computer literacy are necessary together with an eye for detail

• Have a Proactive approach to problem solving and the day to day task.



We offer:

- Pay by phone calls handled - 4-6 GBP / call or 200 GBP/month (20 hours/month)
