We run a training courses website - http://www.wedotraining.com.
We need an answer/information service, so you would need to be available top answer the telephone during office hours. You would need to appear to be working as part of our Company, and to use our website as a resource to answer questions, mostly relating to where and when courses are running. A professional telephone manner, common-sense, and a decent internet connection are essential.
We require:
Service 1 (Message taking):
Message taking
1) Name, telephone, e-mail, Company details to be taken for every call.
2) Most enquiries are relating to training courses. For these we require - Course Title, Date, Location.
Service 2 (Informing):
3) Other enquiries may be asking for information. We require this to be ascertained by you from our website, and relayed to the customer.
4) Any complex enquiries, a message can be taken and a call-back offered to the customer.
Service 3 (Booking):
5) Take bookings for courses, which would include taking credit card payments on our behalf using our payment portal.
Service 4 (Closing):
6) Follow up enquiries, selling courses to prospects.
All calls to result in an e-mail informing us of the message fields taken, and any information given, call-back-promises made etc.
Please bid prices for each differrent service.
Price - I have selected 'Per Hour' in the PPH job entry details, but as this is dynamic, (sometimes we receive zero calls, sometimes we receive 15 per day), we ask that you propose payment on a per-call basis please. You'll probably need to bid a minimum for PPH - I suggest 10 calls.
