I'm currently a director/chairperson of numerous organisations and need someone with an excellent telephone presence/manner to handle incoming calls on an ad-hoc basis between 9am-9pm Mon-Thurs/9am-4pm Fri which includes online diary management. Additional work will be allocated so bidders with experience in word processing, contact management, data entry, spreadsheets, book keeping will be at an advantage.
