Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
We are looking for a VA to help with admin tasks for our digital marketing agency. We have worked with a VA in the past to help with:
- Invoicing clients, following up late payments (via QuickBooks)
- Creating proposals, sending out to clients and following up to book in meetings and send out contracts
- Handling new client enquiries and general business emails
- Document creation and creative
- Feeds information to other team members when required
- Talking to clients
- Taking payments via Stripe when needed
- Available for a short 30 minute call once a week with the rest of the team
- Use a time tracker (we can set you up on Harvest)
We use Monday.com to organise our team, so anyone who's used that before is a plus, but it's so easy to use that it's not a problem if you're new to it.
We are looking for someone who is:
- VERY VERY reliable - i.e. we don't need to follow things up
- Proactive, and we can leave you to get on with things
- Has perfect English, and double checks for typos
- Is a very friendly person, with a friendly and polite written and spoken manner
- Is available ad hoc within the hours of 9-5 on weekdays (UK time)
Based on prior experience, this would typically be around 10-15 hours per month. The VA hired will be provided with a company email address to use.
