Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Enterprising freelance VA/ PA required with excellent communication skills to support multiple start-ups/ entrepreneurs and SMEs. Work is predominantly virtual with the occasional face to face meeting in London.
Duties and Responsibilities may include among other things:
• Manage day-to-day administrative requirements
• Diary and inbox management
Relationship management
• Arrange meetings/appointments/travel/accommodation
• Assist with management of CRM and filing systems
• Booking restaurants, and personal appointments as required
• Exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Working predominantly virtually and occasionally from a client's office in London
Skills and experience required
• 5+ years PA, admin or management experience in any industry
• Advanced desktop skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, perfect spelling and grammar
• Experience maintaining and managing diaries
• Confident meeting and speaking to clients at all levels of seniority
• Impeccable time management
• Ability to multitask and manage own workload
• Comfortable with maintaining systems, processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• A pro-active approach and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with highly confidential or sensitive matters
Personal characteristics and attitude:
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven
• Bundles of initiative and common sense
• Resourceful
• Bright and enthusiastic
Working space can be provided in central London if required.

The client I’m searching for at present wants approx 10 hours per month to begin with. Due to the flexible nature of how we work you may find it to be more/ less. If you have capacity for 10 hours per month that should be sufficient.
