Hello Freelancers
My name is Roger Davies and I am the owner and Managing Director of an established website development and search engine optimisation company in Leicestershire United Kingdom.
I require some assistance to say the least!
The company has around 30 regular customers and over 100 in total, and has been trading in its current form since 2004, prior to that core team traded under a different name since 1995 so you can see we have a 15 year history of delivering web design and development, programming and Internet solutions, which basically means I get a lot of e-mails, have quite a few telephone calls and have lots of work on. Combine that with the administration of various online accounts (and to give you an indication my passwords file has over 1000 logins in it) freelancers and sales opportunities, and you will see my life has basically been taken over resulting in me having to work from 8am to 11pm every day when I am not running my 3 kids around and enjoying a nice dinner with my fiancé, in short I need some additional resource to get my work/life balance back!
Hopefully this is where you come in!
I understand that you will not be able to run my business for me completely, well not yet anyway, but that potential exists longer term for the right person.
For now I am looking to engage with an experienced and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant on a trial basis for one month. For the purposes of the trial I will pay £400 ( plus VAT if applicable).
The deliverables that I am looking for is for somebody to manage in the first instance my SEO customer work. This involves logging into the spare workstation in my office using log me in.com and visiting each SEO account in turn and ensuring that the three regular items, as below, have all been completed for each client as per their service level for each month.
The three items are
1. keyword research
2. back link building
3. ranking reports
Each of the three items above uses a tried and tested procedure which is fully documented, requiring you only to follow the outlined steps ensuring correct usage of English grammar, creating an audit trail through time and date stamped notes and essentially using 3 or 4 online services and pieces of software installed on the machines in the office.
In terms of the time commitment to complete the above work I would ideally like somebody on a full-time basis! However, I appreciate that for my budget that may be asking a bit too much but the work will at the very least require a 2 to 4 hour input each working day.
I am prepared to accept bids from anybody anywhere in the world provided you can communicate in English to a very high standard both written and orally. In particular I consider written communication of a very high standard to be very important, both from the point of view of internal and external communications. For example in the current bestselling book I am reading I have already found six typos or grammatical errors! However I understand that perfection is paralysis and there may well be typos or grammatical errors in this message! The point is that I have checked and reviewed it before sending it to ensure to the best of my abilities that there are not, please only respond if you are prepared to do the same in all your communications, as I believe this reflects the quality of the work you can provide.
