We are a Cyber Security, Data Protection & Privacy Consultancy based in London UK.
We are currently seeking a part-time Account Executive to assist us in a recent increase in work, predominantly in relation to EU GDPR Compliance.
The support will be focused on responding to inbound enquiries, account management, business development, and preparation of high level quotations/proposals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound client queries.
- Qualification of client requirements
- Providing High Level information/marketing collateral on services (Training will be provided)
- Providing High- Level Quotation for services (Training will be provided)
- Arranging Tele Conference Meetings with Consulting Team as required
- Account Management/Customer Service of existing clients.
- Updating CRM as required (Training will be provided)
The role can be based in our offices in Paddington, or Remote.
The individual will ideally have experience in a Sales, Account Management or Business Development role.
Individuals with a background in IT and Consulting Sector is preferred, but not essential.
We require daily part-time support ( 1 hr/AM and 1 hr/AM), however this is likely to increase in the near future.
Required:
- UK Based
- A polite and confident telephone manner.
- Customer focused with experience in B2B (Business to Business).
- Highly organised.
- Detail oriented.
- A professional sense of urgency.
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience with CRM Software (Client Relationship Management Tools).
- Experience dealing with senior (C-Level) stakeholders.
Preferred:
- London Based
- Experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, Business Development
- Experience in Project Management /Project Planning
- Experience within the IT and Consulting Industry
