My Client runs a growing Recruitment Business for a niche area within IT and is looking for a highly proactive, professional and intelligent Recruitment PA. This will be an ever changing role and will therefore need someone who is flexible and adaptable.
Initially, 70% of your time will be focused on managing records on the database as well as owning Linked in Searches. As the role expands you will take on extra tasks which will move you into an essential professional and personal PA to the Director.
Some of your Key Responsibilities will be;
Researching and presenting information both professional and personal
Diary Management
Sending and chasing invoices
Ad hoc administration
Calling clients
Personal administration tasks
Sending out correspondence
Compiling client lists
Specialised recruitment tasks
Maintaining records on Database
Linked in searches
Advertising
Acting as a point of contact for career enquiries
The successful candidate will have;
Previous experience within a Recruitment agency
Strong and proven PA experience
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to prioritise and use initiative
Demonstrable experience managing work autonomously
Attention to Detail
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Full training on recruitment systems will be given.
