Description
Experience Level: Entry
Advertising & marketing research services consultancy providing insight, analysis & reporting of location-based media, retail & consumer research programmes.
Role to provide admin support across several projects & range of tasks, incl:
+Data input & image uploading onto extranet
+Information management & report compilation using Excel, databases, web research, mapping apps & other sources
+Image manipulation techniques
+Document management
+Project progress reporting
+Work allocation to suppliers & progress-chasing reporting
+Monitor & respond to emails & telephone enquiries, where required
Candidates must demonstrate relevant past experience, incl.:
+Fully computer literate, with particular emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint & Word
+Some Database knowledge ideally preferred
+Knowledge of marketing research & survey applications, ideally Survey Gizmo an advantage
+Service minded - ability to talk to clients, prospective clients & suppliers alike.
+Ability to work on your own & remotely (from home)
+Strong written & verbal communication skills
+Ability to work to deadlines
+An eye for detail & thoroughness with numbers & facts
You'll be expected to work from home & equipped with computer, printer & phone. Quick net connection is essential – occasionally you will need to down/upload large files.
Liaison will use telephone, email & FaceTime/Skype video-calls with periodic meetings for co-ordination, etc. Candidates preferred within west Midlands, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.
Initially 12-week contract based on 10hrs/week with scope to increase hours and initial period. Working hours 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Where additional hours maybe scope for working outside office hours, by agreement.
Remuneration: Based on £7.50 - £9.00 per hour dependent on experience.
