Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a newly formed Venture Capital Group and we are looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors.
The role is place the successful candidate right at the centre of a vibrant and exciting new business, where their skills in co-ordination and administration will be fully utilized.
The role will require the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
You will be required to support 5 directors diaries and provide general administration and co-ordination.
English must be able to speak English fluently (ideally it will be your fist language), have clear articulation and an excellent grammar.
This role will NOT be suitable for those who cannot demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
You will need to be able to demonstrate advanced skills in MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel as well as MS Sharepoint and Outlook.
You will be expected to operate during GMT (UK time zone) working hours (8am - 6pm), as well as hours outside of these times when needed.
Number of hours required per week will be approximately 40 hours.
Enquiries from both Independent and Corporate groups are welcomed, please provide details on how you would provide continuity of service.
