I would like someone to provide remote office admin support for my business. This is a role which can develop over time depending on your ability, enthusiasm and how my business itself grows/develops but initially roles will include:
- issuing invoices, chasing payments and updating spreadsheets
- taking calls and emailing messages to me.
- some general admin such as issuing letters, making calls, research, marketing, updating diary etc.
My company provides architectural design services and I am looking to expand operations over the course over the coming year so the role could develop from just a few hours a week initially to potentially full time. I am hoping this role can be remote but it would be beneficial if you were located in the Brighton area so that we can meet regularly to review things as needed.
