Experience Level: Entry
Busy Business Owner in Real Estate/ Property dealing with buying-selling and renting properties and educational product as well as some other online business start-ups.

Fast PC, V Fast Internet connection
Fast thinker and quick typer (or use voice recognition)
Be Able to shadow me and learn fast, and speak clear english
Prepared to do overtime and put in long hours
Well organised multi tasking and good time management is important as many important but varied tasks

I Seek...

** Virtual Assistant Work **
VA Should have team around them / Fullback Support with Direct contact with VA during at least 1-3 hours daily GMT (to make calls in working hours)
Be determined and able to work un-aided and take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
Checking/Auditing whats done , whats left to do..
Data Entry
Writing Instruction Guides
Following up on Tasks
Creating Legal Documents ( templates provided)
Document Creation
Online Research for Updating Blogs
Updating Database of CRM Software
Updating Invoices & Recieving PAyments
Audio file Transcription
Updating Wiki Website
Able to think, co-ordinate and manage their own time with excellent time management skill

** Telephone Calls **
Telephone Person must have excellent grasp of english language (pref english as 1st language), some selling & negotiation experience preferred and Clear Spoken English
Must be keen to make sales calls and follow up calls on my behalf and update a crm system or spreadsheet.
Also be prepared to learn from audio\'s and make up a script to follow when handling incoming calls.
Ultimately will want person to take all incoming calls and log as messages or on system..

** Calls to People **
Push out emails to agents and return there calls
Follow up calls with sellers
Follow up calls with interested people at events to buy tickets
Call up people in existing network or send txt an see can convert lead into a sale in real-estate related sector.
Phone people from website adverts
Phone companies and negotiate terms.
Creation of a list/database , for phone and or email marketing.

Ideally I will start person on 20 hours a week( due to my limited free time avaiability to commit long time in training )and as they learn tasks and increase until we get to 40-48 hours /week work on a ongoing basis.

I must be able to pick up the phone and speak in plain english to my VA on a daily basis an may expect the VA person to call me daily using Skype etc...

Note this is a Work From Home/ Virtual Assistant Role, although there is scope for local people to apply also Local to Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey
