Experience Level: Intermediate
I run a geotechnical employment agency that recruits for engineering geologists on a perm and temp basis.
I need help with general administration such as;
Filing data in a logical order in google drive changing file names so they are easily searchable,
Update CRM with details of candidates and place them as an opportunity,
Follow up with candidate applicants collecting all the claimed certificates on their cv ie degree, H&S qualifications and any other relevant documents. these are to be stored on google drive in a logical way so I may access easily,
Make arrangements and book in candidates for a telephone interview,
Help me keep organized and prioritize time,
Liaise with my clients and candidates,
Liaise with a charity on my behalf,
Organise my Gmail account better,
Create forms and templates etc,
Market research into further services and the market
Anything and everything you may add value to ; )
Sorry to bombard you with so many items.
I am currently working from home and would find it much more efficient to hire someone to help. Ideally, I would like someone who will invoice monthly and start straight away.
There is plenty of scopes to work constant part-time hours for the right person, even more as my wife also has a business that she requires administrative support.
