Experience Level: Intermediate
An experienced minutes taker is required to attend an on-site meeting on Wednesday 27th September, in London (NW area) - (so preferably would like to find someone within easy access to that area) - You would be required to take detailed minutes at an on-site meeting.
The meeting will run from 6-8 pm (2 hrs) approximately.
You would need to arrive 10-15 mins prior to the start of the meeting to get set up, and would be required to attend to take notes and record the meeting (you can use an app on your device), and then later send the recording (via Dropbox) of the meeting back to us by the next day.
You would subsequently, be required to produce a detailed summary of the meeting within 3 days’ time, which you would also send back to us via Dropbox. Note: we just require you to do the initial 1st draft, as there is no need to do an extensive edit, as the final edit and layout will be done this end, before it is sent back to the client for review.
If you're good at taking minutes, and love doing them, and like flexible working hours this is the job for you. This is an ad hoc role, with further opportunities for attending meetings and taking minutes during business hours, and some evenings.
Please respond stating:
your experience with minutes and transcriptions.
How long it would take you to transcribe a 2-hour meeting, and any other extra costs you might incur, such as travel costs.
In your proposal, please include the following:
-Your typing speed
-Whether you can do speed writing or shorthand
-Whether you have transcription equipment (or software),
-Your hourly rate
-Your overall charge for this job.
-Your experience with Dropbox
