Main tasks will be;
(*) Calling guests to see if they have arrived at an apartment ok, and all is well
(*) Calling guests are trying to upsell products - late checkouts, early checkins etc.
(*) Handling any guest issues via telephone / email - working with Managing Director / Support Staff
(*) Writing reviews / feedback on portal websites
(*) Checking inventory sheets and raising maintenance tickets as required.
Hours of work:
7 days per week
- Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 10pm latest
- Saturdays / Sundays and Bank Holidays - as required (mainly just a call to check that the guests have arrived at properties ok).
