We are an established business adding a new aspect of our service and we are looking for telephone support / virtual or real call centre service out-of-office hours i.e. approx 5pm to 9am & weekends.
All that will be required is to take down a few details from the professional making the call & to transfer the call. Once the connection has been made that’s it. The call transfer would be to our specialist 24/7 sub-contractor via a VOIP phone, supplied by us, to be plugged into a port on your broadband modem. You would email us details of callers, weekly or fortnightly. Ideally we are looking for the arrangement to start in early August.
The volume of calls is expected to be very small initially – a few a month at most from our single initial contract. However, those calls might well be from an accident & emergency unit and could come at any time so reliability and a prompt response is crucial.
We only get paid for the calls made, we do not get a “retainer”. So we are looking to find a service provider who can offer this service on a per 10 calls or some other affordable basis. Maybe this could run alongside a similar service you already provide and be priced on a marginal cost basis? If, as we expect, the service is successful the volume and the rewards will grow. If you find the PPH bidding basis a bit inflexible put the actual detail in your offer description.
