We require Virtual Assistants to help with our web based Telephone Answering and VA business.
Please ignore previous trial ad (had problems with the PPH system) and respond to this one.
Operators may be based anywhere, worldwide, as our system works via the web.
Easy to use system, with training and online videos available.
Our clients cover all areas - therapists, builders, profesionals, etc. The perception that must be given is, you are the receptionist for the client company being called. You will be their ambassador and MUST be able to project a positive, enthusiastic and/or empathetic response (where appropriate).
Applicants must be computer literate, will need an excellent telephone manner, good diction, and a good command of English. While some regional and national accent is acceptable, your voice must be very clear and easilly understood by callers, (all applicants will be assessed by phone to check this).
Equipment needed - a quality PC, with a large screen (19 inch widescreen or bigger- to show our software and softphone PBX), fast broadband and a quality headset (for call quality).
Home operation is fine, but must be in a quiet room, with no dogs, or noisy children.
While we have a need 24/7, we are initially looking for cover for evenings and weekends (for UK - GMT time zone). A minimum of 1 hour availability at a stretch and around 5-40 hours per week would be required, to ensure familiarity with our system and the businesses of our clients.
Our clients are small businesses and professionals, who need their phone answeering at all times.
Duties include - taking messages, (using our software), making bookings on our web booking screens, passing urgent calls through to clients, calling customers back with information or to confirm an appointment time.
For those who want it, also outbound telesales work (calls for clients) is available.
