We need someone to
1. Handle calls in a professional manner incorporating our vast
experience in home improvement , calls to be diverted to a designated number.

2. Build a database of enquiries as and when the enquiries come, excel
spreadsheet (as attached) will have full details of the client, full
name, address, contact numbers and email addresses and full nature of the enquiry made. This will start to create an exsisting database which can be used in the long term to send special offers via email or by mail merge. Obviously most small companies work off recommendations so in the long
term it will be well worth it to further growth to their small fitted
bedroom buisness.

3. If you have a diary of the movements of the representative going on the appointments we could handle booking the appointments for you i.e. making sure that both people are present for the presentation and not
sending them on single sits.

4. We can also on the time of booking an appointment find out details of where the enquiry originated from so that they know what marketing source is working for them ie website, advertising, leafltets etc

5. Checking with clients to make sure that the quote is for an
exsisting room and not for a extention on the property that has not yet been built and finding out weather planning has been passed or weather it is subject to planning.

6. Finding sizes of rooms and types of material ie colour , wood they might be interested in before the appointment is made.

7. Sending conclusive details of the enquiry by mobile text message.

8. Sending out mail shot once a month (stamps provided by client and mailshot material).
