Description
Since we are dealing with people I need someone who loves to communicate and enjoys to solve problems.
IMPORTANT: You need to be available in London ZONE1 as you have to visit/check the apartments frequently.
Tasks:
- At least once a month all apartments needs to be checked if everything is in order and in good condition.
For example: You need to make sure that there is no broken furniture, all technical equipment is working, the bedding is clean, any items that got lost or are damaged has been replaced.
We have handymen, guest managers and cleaners who take care of the apartments. If anything is missing, broken or outdated it needs to be replaced immediately.
- Complaint management:
There is also a part where you need to resolve issues with existing guests staying if they have complaints. Great communication skills are needed as well.
- This is an ongoing project and there might be more responsibilities in the future as well as we are growing. When we get new apartments we need to furnish and get them ready for airbnb within 1-7 days. This will also be a separate task several times a year. We have to discuss a monthly fixed price/per apartment or package price would be best.

Hi thank you for posting this job, before I send my proposal. Please can you clarify the position if I was to take a holiday? Will I need to arrange cover? Stefan N.25 Sep 2019Hello Hannah, thanks for your message. Since we do 24/7 business we need a full time coverage. But this is covered by our existing operational staff. It depends how often and for how long you will be away. Ideally you have someone who ca fill in for you while you are away. If there are additional projects we certainly renegotiate the conditions.
