I'm Tural Afandi, founder & Managing Director at Genius Group - a group of eight professional service providers which provide global business services with a special focus on the European marketplace. Due to my increasing work volume as the Managing Director, I'm looking for a UK based virtual personal assistant to help me with administrative workflow of my company . This is one month project (probation period, from 19/01 to 19/02), and if the project runs smoothly and successfully this might turn out be a full time cooperation, with lucrative bonuses, and further career growth within an emerging and fast growing professional services company (win-win basis :).
For this position, I'm looking for someone who is a native English speaker with outstanding management and administrative skills, have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). A degree in English, business, languages, administration or management can be beneficial. Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience is essential . Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce is impressive, you've great multitasking abilities, you are driven, reliable, and hard-working.
Please note that for this position I expect full time commitment during work hours 9:00AM-6:00PM GMT (8 hours per day) from Monday to Friday excluding major public holidays and the selected candidate must be able to work on this basis in the upcoming months (please consider this fact and quote if you would be available for the next months upon successful trial period).
Working from comfort of your home office the successful candidate will report to the Director of company is expected to help with the following tasks:
• Answering the main telephone line, dealing emails, faxes and post, corresponding on behalf of the Director if needed;
• Assisting to manage the projects and helping to meet the clients deadlines;
• Proofing Director's communication, project files as well as tender documents ensuring that they are error free;
• Liaising with existing clients and suppliers;
• Provide initial customer support;
• Managing databases;
• Typing/word processing and filing;
• Bookkeeping;
• Being involved in decision-making processes.
