Description
Experience Level: Entry
I'm a fashion photographer, looking to set up more shoots with magazines and stylists etc.
What I need:-
1. Send and reply to emails, to model agencies, stylists, magazines, reps etc. in a timely and positive manner that won't piss people off or alienate them. If you're a "people person" and just love organising projects with people in the fashion industry, that's perfect!
2. Experience dealing with model agencies, stylists, magazine editors etc. You need to know (or learn) what a "pull letter" and a "mood board" are, what a "2nd option" is, how to go about getting a pull letter from a magazine and creating a call sheet for an editorial shoot.
3. Able to take a prioritized list of the above (supplied by me) and work through it, sending emails and managing responses to the point where we have a date/time for an actual collaboration/shoot etc. If I need to be consulted about anything, or if you need anything (eg. a mood board) from me, that's fine but, within reason, I would prefer not to be involved in every email.
Please let me know if this is something you feel you would be suitable for. I'm based in Europe so it would be good if you're available occasionally during European office hours, but I don't expect this to involve phone calls etc. with anybody other than me. Most people in the fashion indusry are used to communicating by email.
Kind regards
Stefano
ps. some of my work involves tasetful nudity in a fashion context so you need to be cool with discussing this and handling mood-boards and proposals etc. that might occasionally include such images.
