Description
There is probably about 150 pages but only 50 or so have relevant information on it.
The claim is for firstly loss of earnings due to being off at work then returning on reduced hours followed by leaving the job to go to a lesser paid job due to problems with coping with original work duties.
You would need to sift through the papers and then provide a comprehensive summary to help me to walk through the calculations and resulting losses. It is not a huge amount of loss but no one can agree the figures for the loss so I need an arbitrator to assist and prepare their own excel sheets. The calcs can then be compared to the clients and the barristers. We are a few thousand apart.

Could you let me know by mid morning tomorrow if this is going ahead or what blockages there are to proceeding?

The task is to extract information from 150 pages of writing to include in Excel, which will show loss sufferered in an independent fashion? Given that this has been online for a while I'm wondering when you are looking to have the work completed by?
S P.15 Feb 2017I have done an excel sheet with someone's help. The client and I have got different figures as to loss. I need it done by say middle of next week. We are on a deadline and then have to agree the figures on a final basis and disclose the document showing the logic used to reach the losses claimed
Francis E.15 Feb 2017I'll send you a bid. Hopefully you have time if required to correspond in writing or over skype if necessary.

I'm pretty damn good at this sort of stuff and have submitted and won two small claims.
Are you working with British Law? Do you have an employment contract? What dates are involved in your dispute? Do you have P60's proof of earnings etc?
Have you incurred additional travel expenses by taking a new job?
I would be more than happy to take a look at what you have and come back with a proposal.
Regards
Tony HS P.14 Feb 2017Its for a client. There is no issue as to a loss accruing. The claim is not against the company. It is UK based company.
Tony H.14 Feb 2017Who is this report going to presented to? Can you provide the data, so that I can gauge the time required to complete the request?
At a fixed price of £100 I would need to complete in 3 to 5 hours.
Regards
