I am a motivational speaker and presenter, who also interviews a lot of people on various topics.
I need somebody who can take over organising my interviews with the interviewees so that we give them the right reminders, get the right info off them (like photos and bios) and co-ordinate times on email. I use Gmail, so I want somebody who is very familiar with this email method.
The right person will also be familiar with skype and also dropbox, where we will co-ordinate the files we receive. This information will also need loading onto the right website when finished.
The right applicant will:
1. Be a good writer, with excellent spelling and grammar, so they can act professionally with all correspondence.
2. Be trustworthy and have high integrity, as they will have to communicate on my behalf.
3. Know how to use Gmail, and things like Google Calendars, canned responses, folders and contacts.
4. Be organised and disciplined in following people up and chasing neccessary information.
5. Be competent with spreadsheets, so we can track the various stages of interviews.
6. Have a good attention to detail, so we get the right information and page layout.
7. Know how to upload files to a website.
8. Be able to deal with other freelancers I have hired who are handling other parts of the interview process.
Work can start immediately. Just an hour or two a week needed but for the next couple of years, so a steady contract for the right person.
Please put down the minimum deposit you can so we do a little trial to see how things work.
