Would it be possible to completely make a new spreadsheet for you?

Note: we have 2 different departments kitchen and front
1. The schedule is prepared each week by a manager, and then reviewed, approved and posted by me
2. Miguel will work 10;45-4, take and hour break and then 5- close
The close can be a determined time, it is to notify the employee that they are the closer.
3. These are just for information, Request off, Rotation off, new employee in Training
Because employees work at both location, we fill the space in manually, as to not schedule the employee at both locations at the same time. It would be nice if the cell was filled in Torrance, the cell in Redondo would darken or say Redondo.

A few question to confirm my understanding of the requirements:
1) the sheets are updated by manager only or by each employee for himself?
2) ex. in server schedule workbook>sheet 1014-1020: Miguel (on Wed Oct, 16th).. what is (10:45am-4pm) in row 4 and (5pm-Close) in row 5? is it scheduled vs. actual shifts?
3) REQ, ROT OFF, RESERVE, TRAIN, REDONDO, TORRANCE doesn't represent any hours, how do you wanna deal with those?
4) pay rates (per employee name/role would be available on another workbook or sheet or ??
