Can not change Active Directory User Password today (worked last week), requiring live remote desktop/voice support. Must be able to speak good english.
When I attempt to temporarily disable password policy I find the whole "Account Policies" missing in GPO.
Also looking for long term full time tech or support company available 24/7 for when server emergency assistance is needed. If you know anyone or company, please let me know.
1. Please specify if you are available full time / USA 6am to midnight, or if you are part time when online.

Can you please tell what other applications are installed on it i.e. SharePoint/CRM/CMS etc i mean the roles of this server ? Can you please share the topology if this is part of a system ?
