OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE
A proactive, experienced administrator is required to organise and monitorinstallations at the Preston branch of Unidata Energy Solutions. This is a role for a highly motivated and organized individual with a positive working attitude as you will be required to file documentation and act as a positive ambassador for the company and a communicative lynchpin for the smooth running of projects.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The key areas of responsibility for this role are as follows:
• Send out notice of survey.
• To arrange PV installs once surveys are complete using a polite and confident telephone manner.
• File all appropriate documentation on BIW and ensure all documents are filed up to date
• Ensure effective communication between all company units.
• Ensure all processes run as set by the project managers and suggest any improvements where applicable.
• To ensure communication throughout all levels of the company
SKILL SETS
The following skill sets are required:
• Excellent standard of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding the key elements and requirements of a Simple Programme of works for a Project
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly evolving role.

DESIRABLE
• A construction background/Knowledge of PV installations
• Knowledge of working on BIW
Essential
• Good typing speed
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Office
• Willing to work evenings
