Hi, I design luxuriously understsated, elegantly modern wedding dresses known for its exceptional quality, using only the finest silks with a superior cut and drape. I'm looking for an Office and Production Administrator (freelance part time with flexi hours) to help me with general administrative and production including management of production schedules, workflows, processing orders, and managing deliveries. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented organiser.

This is an ongoing weekly role located in the Borough of Hackney and near good public transport services, and flexi-time based (flexible with days and hours subject to agreement) with an immediate start date.

Day-to-Day duties
• General administrative and production duties
• Organisation of trims, fabrics, paper and graded patterns.
• Managing production schedules and liaising with the Director and team, retailers and London based factory.
• Creating and growing relationships with factories, retailers and customers.
• Booking brides into appointments into the diary.
• Processing sales and purchase invoices, orders.
• Assist with garment specification sheets and production sheets.
• Raising and submitting dockets for factories and production.
• Double checking details orders against production schedules and dockets and assist with quality checking garments.
• Effective account and project management of assigned jobs whilst also managing quotes and costs.
• Assist with event planning.
• Offer support to PR and Marketing duties.

Essential Skills & Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Efficient and driven nature.
• Process driven, good understanding of production and ordering process.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong interest in garment production, dresses, fashion and bridal.
• Good intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent with numbers and experienced with working with spreadsheets.

Desirable Skills
• Experience in a fashion, garment production/manufacturing and/or bridal related environment.
• Knowledge of garment production systems and any dressmaking experience.
• Good working knowledge in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
