Seeking an enterprising and enthusiastic person who is an entrepreneur at heart, but is savvy in a corporate environment. Someone who is looking for a job that allows them to be innovative, thrive on variety and can take advantage of their broad marketing and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will understand all aspects of a small business and has the ability to think what's next to do.

This person will focus on supporting a brand new web retail venture based in UK. This is for two different market verticals: Alcoholic Beverage and a Home Interiors website.

Looking for an intelligent self starter who wants to start work in a small business that has big aspirations of becoming a market leader within their market segments. The remuneration for this position is small to start with in line with the turnover of the business. Your salary will grow as the business grows. You will learn a lot in short space of time, but I will need you to have the ability to work things out for yourself.

Job Description
Concentrate on developing new suppliers (from a list).
Outbound telephone call management ringing new suppliers
Inbound sales call management taking sales calls for new orders
Oversee the support of order management for a both websites.
Administer monthly supplier payments for a both websites.
Manage the accounts of the business.
Document business processes involved with supporting the websites

Position Qualifications
Understanding of E-commerce and online marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of business management
Proven track record of business engagements with suppliers and customers
Understanding of social media and web content management
Exceptional organisational skills and exacting attention to detail is essential
Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business, competitive/business environment and consumer behaviour
To portray a good Company image with regard to personal appearance and telephone manner, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Good skills of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, Word and Access (desirable)
Self motivated, self starter with passion with the ability to work independently.
Willing to work at weekends at promotional events.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications is desirable (with work experience already gained).
