I'm writing this ad at 11:23pm and I'm ready to fall asleep!
I own a small, but fast growing, Internet based publishing and marketing company located in Newcastle, UK.
And I have a problem!
There are only 24 hours in a day and my rapidly expanding customer base want MORE, MORE, MORE.
Are you the person to give it to them?
My customers want fast, friendly, and personable support by email and phone.
Can you help me get more sleep by making my problems disappear and making my customers ADORE me and my company?
If the answer is YES then we should talk...
My office is located just off Mosley Street, in the heart of Newcastle, and I'm looking for a mature, self motivated team player ready for something a bit DIFFERENT.
If you're in the Newcastle area, the great. But if not that's cool too. We have many team members working \"virtually\" from home and you can too (providing you're talented enough).
If you're looking for 9-5, a big long list of benefits, and \"comfy carpets\" then this is NOT for you.
But if you're looking to be the executive assistant reporting directly to the owner of a company expecting to make more than $1,000,000 in PROFITS in the next year... while experiencing the BUZZ of being at the heart of it all... then you've come to the right place (maybe).
I'm looking for a \"jack of all trades\" who can make my problems vanish in a heartbeat!
General responsibilities will include:
- answering phones
- taking orders via phone, fax, email
- shipping products and managing inventory
- calling customers and making them happy
- managing ME and putting me in the right place at the right time (I need help!)
- calling customers and persuading them to take advantage of special offers
- helping organise live events
- hiring freelance workers
- personal errands and making my life \"smoother\".
Qualities Needed
- A quick learner with solid computer skills
- Punctual with a first class work ethic
- Honest and reliable
- A go getter who wants to get the job done
- An excellent problem solver
