I need data from an excel spreadsheet organising manually- Part 1 of 2

PRICE NEGOTIABLE AND FURTHER TO THIS...THIS IS PART 1 OF 2 PIECES OF WORK!!!!! The winning proposal will also be offered a second piece of work that is similar but will give the spec for this. Please make me aware of how long you expect this to take!

I have around 70000 rows that need to be checked on the later to be attached spreadsheet. The attached examples show firstly how the data will come to you (example of work pre changes) and then the second attachment of how it should look (example of how it should look).

The only columns you will need to work on are B-H. Columns F,G,H must have information in these fields.
The quickest way to sort the later 70, 000 entries is to sort by postcode so you can work down the multiple entries for each city etc and move them across.
Please make sure the following fields for the address all have information (If there is no info in the other fields for this you will have to search the business online and add this in accordingly). Please note. Most of the information will be in the fields to the left starting in Column B
Do NOT delete any columns or cells!
Region- Will always be a Region (also can be called county). If you google the postcode the county will be shown in the search results
City- Must be filled in, so if something in the Town Field move across into this column

Where you see a number in one column this will be typically need adding to what is already in the column to the right of the number. This will normally be the number of an address for the road or street name
If you find an address without a postcode please check the business website or on google to see if this is listed and update accordingly
If limited address or no address given please google the business name and try and find as much information about the business address as possible
Where you see a number in one column and address line in the next then please combine the two, e.g. row 3 Column B (80a) needs to combine with Column C so its reads (80a Broomhill Rd)

Please also where you see rd change to Road
Please where you see st change to Street
Please where you see av change to Avenue
Row 6 as an example…
Column E moves to Col G
Column D moves to Col F
Column B needs to combine with Column C…THEN once done Column C moves to Column D
If anything is in capital letters then please have first word capital letter and the rest lower case, e.g. NORTH SHIELDS should be North Shields.
